You and the Educator, with the help of Tutor Box, will arrange the times, place and frequency of the lessons. Tutor Box must then receive the Terms and Conditions and confirmation slip of the details agreed upon. These documents can be faxed to (011) 450 1112.
Tutor Box offers a follow-up service and will provide back up and support by telephoning you frequently to see if you are happy with the tuition being provided.
Tutoring can be anything from one hour a week in a specific subject to four hours every day in all subjects. You can have as many or as few lessons as you like.
Lessons need to be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance in order for a replacement lesson to be organised. Failure to do this will result in lessons being charged for.
If you are going to be late then please inform your Educator as soon as possible.
Tutor Box will handle all payments. Tutor Box charges the Client a monthly admin fee of R95 (ex VAT) for this service.
Invoices will be sent to Clients on the last day of every month. Payments are to be made in full within seven (7) working days for the previous month’s tuition.
Payments must be paid directly into our bank account (please fax or email proof of payment) or cash payments may be made directly to Tutor Box’s Office.
Please remember to put your name or invoice number as a reference.
One month’s notice to Tutor Box is required, should you wish to discontinue your lessons for whatever reason. |
