Tutor Box supplies excellent and highly qualified, motivated and dedicated educators to schools, colleges,
and for home-schooling positions. Educators range from reception year, to high school, and are extensively screened,
to make sure that they meet the criteria the school requires.

(011) 450-4528 to make an appointment. There is a once-off registration fee of R200 (ex VAT).
After your appointment with Tutor Box, where details of your staffing requirements will be taken,
you will be given details of suitable, available educators.
| There are three options for an Educator placement |

- The first option is an annual placement fee equivalent 10% (ten percent) plus VAT of the Educator’s annual remuneration package, renewable annually.

- The client can also opt for a once-off placement fee which is 15% (fifteen percent) plus VAT of the Educator’s annual remuneration package.

In both cases, the Client pays the Educator an agreed upon monthly salary.

Another payment option is a monthly billing, which allows for temporary placements.
There is no placement fee and Tutor Box pays the Educator.
The client pays Tutor Box directly on invoice, every month-end. Tutor Box takes a small commission of the Educator’s salary and charges the Client a monthly admin fee of R95 (ex VAT) for this service.
Invoices will be sent to Clients on the last day of every month. |

Payments are to be made in full within seven (7) working days for the previous month’s placements.
Payments must be paid directly into our bank account (please fax or email proof of payment) or cash payments may be made directly to Tutor Box's Office.
Please remember to put your name or invoice number as a reference. |
| Tutor Box Procedure |

Tutor Box will set up interviews between suitable Educators and the client. Once an Educator has been selected,
Tutor Box must receive the Terms and Conditions and confirmation slip of the details agreed upon. These documents can be faxed to (011) 450 1112.
Tutor Box offers a follow-up service and will provide back up and support by telephoning you frequently
to see if you are happy with the Educator provided.
